From Quester to T1 Ambassador: How the JuniorBTC Program Works

Every crypto project says it has a community program. Most of them mean a spreadsheet of influencers and an invoice. We are running the opposite experiment: make the entry public, make the track record visible, and pay the people who actually show up.

Start On The Questboard

The whole program begins in one public place, the JuniorBTC questboard on Zealy. Daily quests are live now. Some are simple signal, some are content, some are the unglamorous work that communities actually run on. Every completed quest lands on your record, and the record is the application.

There is no form, no pitch deck, no need to know anyone. The questboard is the front door and it is open.

The Cut To T1

Ambassador tiers are selected, not bought. T1 selection draws from early questers, and we weight three things: consistency, quality, and reach, in that order. A hundred days of decent output beats one viral day. Someone who explains the parimutuel structure correctly in their own words is worth more to us than someone with a big following who copies a caption.

The people selected get real responsibilities: content in their language, room moderation, event presence, and early access to what we ship. They also get paid.

We Pay People, So We Say So

Here is the part most programs whisper. Ambassadors are compensated contributors. We think that is fine, normal, and worth saying in plain text, so we require the same from them: when an ambassador promotes JuniorBTC or JuniorShot, they disclose the affiliation. Rewards and expectations publish with the program terms, not in private messages.

One related rule that protects you: we never DM first. If someone messages you offering an ambassador seat, an allocation, or anything else, it is not us. Everything real is on the questboard, this site, or our official channels.

Why We Structured It This Way

An ambassador program is a hiring pipeline wearing a community costume. Treating it that way changes the output. The questboard gives us months of work samples before a single selection happens. The disclosure rule keeps the content honest, which is the only kind that survives contact with a skeptical audience. And the public track record means nobody has to trust our judgment blind.
