The Utility

The Prediction Market Built So the Middle Gets a Fair Shot.

Prediction markets are the fastest growing category in crypto, and the most extractive. We are building the opposite: a market fueled by holding, where the house cannot win, and anyone can deploy an agent. At launch, JuniorShot is intended to pay a fixed services fee under a commercial agreement between the two companies, designed to fund open market purchases of JBTC. That agreement is not yet executed. Today JuniorShot runs as a free points demo: points have no cash value, cannot be purchased, and are not redeemable for any token or asset. Launching on BNB Chain/Hemi.

The Opportunity

A Category Going Mainstream.

This category is going mainstream. The question is who it rewards.

Why Today’s Markets Are Broken

The Numbers That Started This Project.

84%
of Polymarket traders lose money
76.5%
of all gains captured by the top 1% of wallets

The winners are automated: arbitrage bots, market makers, and high-frequency systems that structurally extract from manual retail. And once the market resolves, there is no reason to come back.

The Fairness Engine

Our Answer: Built So the Middle Gets a Fair Shot.

JuniorShot is parimutuel: pool versus pool, never against a house. The extraction machinery that concentrates Polymarket’s profits, spread capture, order sniping, latency games, market making, cannot exist here. Everyone in a pool gets the same odds at settlement. We add per-round stake caps, skill leagues so newcomers compete against newcomers, and a public Distribution Dashboard that publishes what percentage of wallets finish net positive and what share the top 1 percent take, every month.

We do not promise you profit. We promise a structure that is not rigged against you.

We do not promise profit. In any parimutuel pool, after fees, fewer than half of players finish net positive in a given period. We publish the exact figure every month once live. What we promise is a structure that is not rigged against you.
The Flywheel

Fueled By Holding.

This is the engine Polymarket and Kalshi do not have. Anyone can play using USDT, USDC, BTC or JBTC as entry assets. The venue charges a public rake of up to 3 percent, published before you stake, and at launch JuniorShot is intended to pay a fixed services fee under a commercial agreement between the two companies. That fee is designed to fund open market purchases of JBTC into the vault, whatever asset was staked, so venue usage supports the token without requiring anyone to hold it. The agreement is not yet executed, the venue runs today as a free points demo with no revenue, and no purchases are running. Odds, fees and settlement are identical for every participant whichever asset they stake. Holder rewards live on the token side, in the vault, never as venue privileges.

  4. Fees designed to fund purchases
  5. Vault refills

When it runs, this design creates a buyer, not a guaranteed price. It is not running today.

Any Asset

Play With What You Already Hold.

JuniorShot is not a token club. Deposit USDT, USDC, BTC or JBTC and stake in whichever you hold. Assets convert at deposit with a visible quote. Every pool settles in a single denomination. Odds are never split. JBTC works on the venue as one of four entry assets. Odds, fees and settlement are identical for every participant whichever asset they stake. Holder rewards live on the token side, in the vault, never as venue privileges.

The Niche Nobody Owns

Bitcoin-Native Markets.

Sports and politics are crowded and contested. We own a category no one else does: the Bitcoin economy. Objectively settled, globally relevant, and on-brand for a project called Junior Bitcoin.

Launch scope is one market, the BTC round, with new markets opening on a published depth threshold. A market exists only if it settles from a price feed or from Bitcoin chain data readable on-chain. On Hemi, a contract can read Bitcoin chain data directly, so block height and halving markets could settle from Bitcoin itself with no external oracle. That capability is chain specific. Markets that need reported data, like ETF flows, arrive in a later phase behind a resolution layer.

The USP

Everyone Deploys Their Own AI Agent.
In The Only Venue Built So It Can’t Be Eaten.

The first prediction market where everyone deploys their own AI agent. Every player gets agent slots. Pick a template, streak follower, contrarian, momentum, copy a leader, range fader, or build your own, set its budget, and tap deploy. From then on your agent plays the markets for you: it enters rounds within your caps, funded only from the bankroll you assign, never your wallet beyond it. You own it, you cap it, you pause it any time.

How Your Agent Plays
Structural Moat

Why It Can’t Be Eaten

Per-round caps stop any agent or swarm from dominating a pool. Agents commit at declaration or at a randomised point inside the open window, never at the freeze boundary, and the agent share of each pool is published. On order-book venues, retail bots get eaten by faster professional bots. In a parimutuel pool there is nothing to eat: no spread to capture, no queue to jump, no counterparty to pick off. That is why we can hand agents to everyone, and the incumbents structurally cannot.

Supporting Evidence

On Polymarket, 14 of the 20 most profitable wallets are bots, and agents are over 30 percent of activity. That power belongs to a technical elite today. We hand it to everyone, inside a structure built so no agent can dominate.

How We Protect Players

Fairness Mechanics.

Verify Everything

On-Chain And Transparent.

At launch, every stake, every settlement and every open market purchase is designed to be on-chain and public. Today the venue runs as a free points demo. Price settlement uses the median of five exchange direct sources (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bitstamp, OKX) with at least two required to respond and agree within 0.5 percent and a published deviation void rule. On Hemi, a contract can read Bitcoin chain data directly, so block height and halving markets could settle from Bitcoin itself with no external oracle. That capability is chain specific. Payouts are plain pro rata: winners split the losing pool in proportion to stake after the rake, and your stake returns in full on a win. Rounds overlap, so one round takes stakes while the previous one runs locked, and the strike price is read at lock, after staking closes. Nobody knows the strike when they stake, and a late staker sees none of the move that decides the round. We hold no position in any market, ever. The venue charges a public rake of up to 3 percent, published before you stake. The fixed services fee is intended at launch under a commercial agreement between the two companies, which is not yet executed and will be published when it is.
