What We Shipped, Week by Week

Every Friday, what got built, what slipped, and what's next. No ghostwritten fluff. The person who did the work writes the note.

This is the JBTC build log: weekly Friday ship notes from the team, dated and signed by whoever did the work. Every material change to numbers or promises also lands in the /transparency changelog within 24 hours. This page is the story; that page is the record.

The Arena Is Built. Walk Through It Today.

The complete product interface is live at JBTC Arena as a working demo. The daily round runs on live Bitcoin prices, the markets browser is populated, the app screens (claim, stake, positions, history, boosters) all work, the fairness dashboard is published, agent slots let you spin up a strategy, and the market creation wizard is walkable end to end. Every balance in the demo is simulated and clearly labeled as such.

How we are building: UI complete end to end first, so the community and investors can walk the real product while the contracts go through the CertiK process for a TGE launch on Hemi. Building in the open as always, one shipped screen at a time, no mockups pretending to be product.

What to do: take the tour at jbtcarena.com, play a few practice rounds, click every button. If something feels wrong or unclear, tell us at contact@jbtc.world. We read every message.

Security Update: Preliminary Report In, Zero Critical Findings

CertiK's preliminary report on the JBTC contract is in. Twenty findings were raised across the review, and zero of them are critical. Eight are already resolved, six are acknowledged or partially resolved, and six are in active remediation. In plain words: the code does what it says, the issues flagged are the kind you fix in review rather than rebuild around, and the majority are already behind us.

From here we review each remaining item with the CertiK reviewers, ship the remediation, and re-submit. The final report publishes on Transparency the day it completes, in full, with no summaries or excerpts before then. The trust badge sitewide stays on "CertiK Assessment In Progress" until that final report is public.

Our Security Program With CertiK

We've engaged CertiK for the full security program, not a one-time audit. Five pieces, each independently verifiable on CertiK's own platform: a smart contract assessment, team KYC verification, contract verification, a public bug bounty on CertiK SkyShield, and a continuously updated Skynet security score. Every one of them links to a CertiK-hosted page the moment it lands. Nothing here is claimed without a place you can go to check.

We chose the full program over a single audit because a static PDF ages the moment the ink dries. A live score, a public bounty, and verified identities keep the pressure on us continuously and give you something to look at that isn't a screenshot on our own site. That's the standard we want to be held to.

Timing: the assessment is underway now, team KYC is in progress, and both the bug bounty on SkyShield and the on-chain contract verification go live at deployment. The full report publishes here on the day the assessment completes. No summaries, no excerpts before that.

JBTC Is Launching on Hemi

The chain decision is final: JBTC launches on Hemi. Hemi is an EVM-compatible Bitcoin programmability layer whose Proof-of-Proof consensus anchors its state down to Bitcoin. For a project literally named Junior Bitcoin, anchoring to Bitcoin is the right home. This is our decision, not a partnership or endorsement.

For holders and presale buyers, nothing changes. Same 21,000,000 hard cap, same 95.24% vault, same once-a-day claim, same 0.5% cap, same buyback loop, same immutable no-admin-keys design. Stage 1 and Stage 2 buyers still convert 1:1 to JBTC on Hemi at TGE, automatically and free. If you already bought, do nothing.

Next: contract deployment on Hemi, CertiK audit publication, then a TGE window. The wallets you already use (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet) work the same on Hemi, so nothing changes on your end.

JBTC 2.0: We Are Leaving BEP-20

We're changing the launch network. JBTC will not ship on BEP-20. Instead, it launches on Hemi, an EVM Layer 2 that anchors to Bitcoin through Proof-of-Proof.

The reason is simple: investor and community feedback favored Bitcoin alignment for a project literally named Junior Bitcoin, and the more we heard it, the more obviously right it sounded. Our contract is EVM, so the audited code carries over intact. The wallets you already use (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet) work the same on any EVM chain, so nothing changes on your end.

What does not change: the 21,000,000 hard cap, the 95.24% vault, the once-a-day claim, the 0.5% cap, the buyback loop, the immutable no-admin-keys design, and every presale term. Stage 1 and Stage 2 buyers still convert 1:1 to JBTC on Hemi at launch, automatically and free. If you already bought, do nothing.

The Revamp: New Site, New Voice, Same Contract

This is the first Friday ship note on the new site. We rebuilt jbtc.world from scratch against a single rule: every claim carries a number or a link, or it doesn't go on the page. If you spot a line that doesn't, mail us.

Alongside the site, the practice Arena widget is live on /arena: a 60-second round on real BTC prices, no wallet, no signup. That is the shape of the daily habit we're building toward at TGE.

Next week: audit-report ingestion into /transparency, Season 0 leaderboard preview, and the first draft of Whitepaper v2 for community review.
