Privacy Policy

• Contact and notification forms: email address, and, on the contact form, name, topic, and message.
• Wallet activity: the public wallet address you connect and its on-chain interactions with our contracts. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous but treated as personal data if we can link them to you.
• Technical logs: IP address, user-agent string, referrer, and timestamps, used for security, abuse prevention, and geo-eligibility checks (blocking US IPs and sanctioned regions).
• Product analytics: privacy-preserving event data (page views, feature use). No cross-site tracking, no ad IDs.
• Compliance records: where required (for example future listings), we may collect KYC information through a regulated third party. We will disclose this before collecting anything.

• To send TGE, launch, and product update notifications you asked for (consent, revocable at any time).
• To reply to your enquiry (legitimate interest in responding to you).
• To operate and secure the Site and app, including fraud and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).
• To comply with law, including sanctions screening and record-keeping (legal obligation).
• To improve the product using aggregate analytics (legitimate interest).

• Notification list emails: kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days.
• Contact form submissions: 24 months, then deleted.
• Technical logs: 90 days.
• Analytics: 14 months.
• Compliance records: for the period required by applicable law, typically 5 to 7 years.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf under written contracts (hosting and database, transactional email, product analytics, error tracking, and, where used, KYC providers), and with authorities where we are legally required to. We may share aggregate, non-identifying statistics publicly.

Our providers may process data outside the British Virgin Islands, including in the EU, UK, and the United States. Where required, we rely on approved transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise a right, email info@jbtc.world. We will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use TLS in transit, encrypted storage at rest with our providers, role-based access, and least-privilege principles. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will notify you and any required authority as the law requires.

The Services are not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We use a small number of cookies and local storage keys, listed below. You can clear them in your browser at any time. Blocking them may break parts of the site.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. If we add analytics, we will update this table and, where required, ask for consent before setting them.
