Company records for JBTC Labs Ltd. (BVI number 2206198) sit at the top. If a claim isn’t verifiable here, treat it as wrong.

Code security: the token contract, the vault, the buyback route, and the referral logic. Reviewers look for reentrancy, access-control gaps, overflow, oracle assumptions, and unsafe external calls. Audits do not cover economics, market conditions, or price. A clean report means the code does what it says. It does not mean the token will go up.
A public bug bounty on CertiK SkyShield opens at contract deployment. Scope, severity tiers, rewards, and disclosure rules publish on SkyShield the same day the contract goes live, and this page links straight to it. Until then, reports go to contact@jbtc.world; we acknowledge within 72 hours.

US persons are excluded from buying JBTC and from playing the Arena today because we will not build the launch on unsettled exemptions or on interpretations that could change with a single enforcement action.
The corporate and contract structure is built so that, if and when the SEC finalises its proposed innovation exemption for on-chain tokens, JBTC Labs Ltd. can file under it without redoing the offering.
Geo-fencing applies to purchases and to Arena play. Reading the site, the docs, and the transparency page is open to everyone, everywhere.

- 2026-07-21Network resilience note added to the "Why Hemi?" FAQ answer and the Risk Disclosure: JBTC contracts are standard EVM, so if Hemi were ever discontinued the community retains the ability to redeploy state to another EVM network. This is a resilience property, not a plan.
